First Friday at 5

Welcome to 'First Friday at 5' or FFat5 for short. This initiative bubbled away for a while. We unleashed it in 2010.

Our mission is to get people away from their desks, be it at home or the office, for a 5 o'clock meet-up just once a month to connect with others in their work or residential area for some social networking to talk about whatever's important. 'First Friday at 5' seemed to resonate ... hence the name.

We meet every First Friday of the month in Mona Vale from 5:00pm - 6:30pm.
